About this module


In this module, you will learn how to tolerate painful situations when you cannot immediately make them better. You will learn physical skills to decrease the intensity of your body's response to a crisis. You will also learn skills to help you respond to your urges mindfully and not let your urges control you.

Finally, this module includes four bonus skills for managing addictive behaviors.
